If you have purchased goods online, by phone, or via our app, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, notify us in writing by email at

How to Cancel within Cooling-Off Period:

Provide your order details and confirm your wish to cancel.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting our support team or through your online account under “My Account” > “Order History.”
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, unless you are exercising your 14-day cooling-off rights as above.

Once we receive your cancellation request and, where applicable, returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must return the goods to us in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We will confirm your cancellation and refund by email.

The cancellation and cooling-off rights do not apply to: - Custom-designed gold ornaments and gold bars/coins - Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered
- Items made to order for specific models, patterns, or designs - Souvenirs or personalized items made specifically for celebrations (including idols)

Joyalukkas reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.
Any disputes will be governed by UK law and subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
