Shipping Policy
Service Area
Joyalukkas LTD provides shipping within the United Kingdom. Requests for international shipping outside these territories may be considered at our discretion.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing and shipping are conducted from Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Dispatch times may be affected during peak periods or due to events beyond our control (force majeure).
Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping methods and associated charges are displayed at checkout and confirmed prior to payment.
Free shipping is available for orders above £750; orders below this value will incur a flat shipping charge of £10.
Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch, where available.
All consignments are shipped through reputable courier services and are fully insured to the value of the product.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the courier and external factors (e.g., public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions).
Delivery Address & Recipient Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
At delivery, the recipient may be required to provide valid photo identification (e.g., passport or driving license) and a signature.
Title and Risk
Title to goods remains with Joyalukkas LTD until full payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is unclaimed or refused and returned, the customer may be liable for additional shipping or handling charges
Items will be held by the courier for 2 days if the recipient is unavailable. After this period, consignments will be returned, and reshipping will incur additional charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt or expected delivery date.
If a package is found to be tampered with, it must be refused and reported immediately.
Change in Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be requested prior to dispatch by contacting our customer care team. For security, any updated address may be verified by calling the phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Changes after dispatch may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy and Data Protection
Customer data collected for shipping purposes will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
