Here's some of our policies that defines our business approach and help us strive forward responsibly.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
(Online Purchases)
Joyalukkas offers a 15-day, no-questions-asked exchange for items of equal or higher value. Exchange not applicable for custom made products, altered or resized products, gold coins, gold bars, and loose stones. The same shall apply to any product which is ordered by the customer specifically requesting the model, pattern or any souvenirs sold on occasions including idols. To initiate an exchange, email customercare.us@joyalukkas.com with your order number and details about the exchange. The merchandise should be new and unworn.
Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and insurance fees will also be deducted from the refund. Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted, with no exceptions.
For returns, notify us via email at customercare.us@joyalukkas.com to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. A prepaid, insured label will be provided for $25, payable by the customer, which shall be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued only after the merchandise is received in original condition along with the original Invoice & the certificates if applicable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our Quality Assurance Team shall verify the product and Refund shall be initiated only after quality check clearance. Once the return has been accepted and confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email stating that the return has been accepted. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made within 7-10 business days. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after the receipt of the merchandise.
Online Deals/Deal of the Day:
Items listed as "Online Deals" or "Deal of the Day" are non-returnable, and no credit will be issued. Any variations in finish, shape, or color are to be expected due to the nature of these deals.
Return due to product mismatch or damaged product/packaging:
When the package or product purchased by you is damaged in transit, upon discovery of such
damage, you shall report such damage by emailing us to customercare.us@joyalukkas.com along
with the evidence of discovery of damage video, no later than 24 hours from the date of
receipt
of the package or product.
When the package or product purchased by you is missing in
the package or there is a product
mismatch, upon discovery of the same, you shall report empty package or missing product or
mismatched product by emailing us to customercare.us@joyalukkas.com along with the
evidence of discovery of package unboxing video, no later than 24 hours from the date of
receipt
of the package.
Joyalukkas allows a one-time exchange per item, excluding altered,
resized, or custom orders. To
initiate a return or exchange, customers must notify the company within 15 days of receiving
the
product. Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, accompanied by the
original
invoice, certificates, and all packing materials. Customers should securely package the
items,
both inside and outside the jewelry case/box, and are responsible for return shipping costs.
When
shipping, customers must write the provided RMA number on the outside of the FedEx box or
shipping partner's package and follow all RMA instructions provided by Joyalukkas.
Order Cancellation and Refund:
If your order is canceled due to any system error (need to define the error), and your credit card has already been charged, Joyalukkas will issue a refund to your credit card for the amount charged once the same is duly informed to customercare.us@joyalukkas.com. The timing of the refund will depend on the policies of your bank.
Errors and Cancellations:
In the event of system errors, Joyalukkas Jewelry reserves the right to cancel orders. Joyalukkas also reserves the right to terminate promotions, special discounts, and coupon codes at any time.
Any disputes arising on the terms and conditions shall be discussed and settled mutually between the parties and if failed to settle any disputes the same shall be referred to the laws and jurisdiction of New Jersey Courts
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
(Retail Purchases)
GOLD JEWELLERY
CASH BUY BACK
Items will be purchased at Standard rate deduction applicable on the prevailing gold rate.
EXCHANGE (AFTER 15 DAYS)
Items will be purchased at the Standard Buying Rate on day of exchange. Stone Weight (if any), making charges, Taxes and any discount given on original invoice would be deducted. Can be exchanged with jewelry from any Joyalukkas showroom globally.
SALES RETURN (WITHIN 15 DAYS)
Can be exchanged with any jewelry in original purchase condition within 15 days from date of purchase. Only one such exchange would be permitted against an invoice. Sales Return allowed only in the state where the Invoice has been issued.
DIAMOND, POLKI AND PRECIOUS JEWELLERY
SALES RETURN (WITHIN 30 DAYS)
Can be exchanged with either Diamond or Polki jewelry in original purchase condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Sales Return allowed only in the state where the Invoice has been issued. Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice.
EXCHANGE (AFTER 30 DAYS)
DIAMOND JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 100% of Prevailing Diamond selling price and Gold rate would be valued for exchange. Making charges, Taxes and any discount given on original invoice would be deducted.
PLATINUM JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 90% of the prevailing platinum selling price. If platinum with diamonds, 90% of the prevailing diamond & platinum selling price will apply. Making charges, taxes, and any discounts applied on the original invoice will be deducted.
POLKI JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 100% of Prevailing Polki selling price and Gold rate would be valued for exchange. Making charges, Taxes and any discount given on original invoice would be deducted.
PRECIOUS STONE JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 75% of Prevailing Precious Stone price* and Gold rate would be valued for exchange. Making charges, Taxes and any discount given on original invoice would be deducted.
EXCHANGE AGAINST GOLD JEWELLERY OR CASH BUYBACK
DIAMOND JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 90% of Prevailing Diamond selling price and Gold Cash Purchase rate would be valued. Making charges, Taxes and any discount given on original invoice would be deducted.
PLATINUM JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 80% of the prevailing platinum selling price. If platinum with diamonds, 80% of the prevailing diamond & platinum selling price will apply. Making charges, taxes, and any discounts applied on the original invoice will be deducted.
POLKI JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 80% of Prevailing Polki selling price and Gold Cash Purchase rate would be valued. Making charges, Taxes and any discount given on original invoice would be deducted.
PRECIOUS STONE JEWELLERY
Items will be purchased at 70% of Prevailing Precious stone selling price and Gold Cash Purchase rate would be valued. Making charges and Taxes would be deducted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
In case of any multi-metal products, the rate fix benefit is not applicable.
AMENDMENT RIGHTS
Joyalukkas Jewelry Retail Inc. reserves the right to amend, modify, upgrade, discontinue any of the above T&C. And these will be applicable whenever such changes occur without prior notice or intimation.
CASH REFUND
No Cash refund for Sales Returns and Sales Order.
CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY
Sales Return policies are not applicable for custom made, specially ordered or altered products. No cash refund permitted against this category. Any cost incurred will be adjusted against advance cancellation. Gold Jewelry: Terms and Conditions under Gold Jewelry, "After 15 days" will be applicable for custom made Jewelry.
EXCHANGE EXCLUSION
Above Sales Return Policy is not applicable for offer or special promotion products, Colored/ Certified/ Loose Stones/Pearl Jewelry.
GIFTS/ LOYALTY POINTS
Any Gifts or Loyalty points issued at the time of purchase will be returned at the time of return/ exchange of the product OR the value of gift/loyalty points will be deducted accordingly.
LOYALTY POINTS
Loyalty card needs to be validated to accrue or redeem loyalty benefits.
ORIGINAL TAX INVOICE
Original Tax Invoice is mandatory for any exchange. For Diamond Jewelry, original certificate is also needed.
OTHER STONES
Birth Stone, Semi Precious stone, Color stones, pearl, zircon and other Items does not have any exchange, cash back or buy back value.
PREVAILING SELLING PRICE
Prevailing selling price means gross price less the discount percentage offered during purchase.
QC TESTING
Exchange & Upgrade of Diamond jewelry requires QC testing at our Diamond Lab to confirm its value and condition. Time needed shall be communicated to customers.
SALES TAX & DUTIES
All local taxes and duties (as applicable) shall be borne by the customer (applicable for exchanges also).
SCRAP JEWELLERY
Exchange will be done on net weight basis (i.e. without stones, dust, etc.). Items purchased will not be returned under any circumstances.
