* A standard weight tolerance of +/- 0.05gm may apply to gold ornaments, gold coins/bars, silver coin/bars, and gold coin pendants.
* For any of the prepaid orders, if there happens to be a weight difference for the product from the displayed figure in Joyalukkas website/mobile apps, then the amount could be adjusted, either providing partial refund for lesser weighted items or accepting further amount for higher weighted items.

Discount / Offer Coupon Codes:

Only one coupon code can be used per customer per transaction. Coupons cannot be combined or stacked with other offers, promotions, or coupon codes. The coupon is valid only for online purchases.

Discount Limitations:

The coupon is not valid for negotiated deals, previous purchases, gold coins, special offers, "Deal of the Day", or Hot Deals items.

Notification of Lost Items:

If a consignment does not reach the customer, the customer shall notify Joyalukkas of the lost item within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email.

After-Hours Purchases:

For orders placed outside business hours, email customercare.us@joyalukkas.com. A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Form Submission:

The customer shall completely fill the required form and if the form is not completely filled out, Joyalukkas reserves the right to withhold the order until the form is completed.

Live Inventory Status:

Joyalukkas advises customers to call us at (+1 732 372 7357) before making a purchase to check the real-time inventory status of any jewellery product. Since inventory is shared between online and showroom locations, the item you selected may not be available. If the purchased jewellery item has already been sold at one of the showrooms, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss refund options.

Any disputes arising on the terms and conditions shall be discussed and settled mutually between the parties and if failed to settle any disputes the same shall be referred to the laws and jurisdiction of New Jersey Courts
